Yangshengong
– The Way To Better Health
At Yangshengong Centre, we see you as the whole person you
are, not your diseases or disorder. We believe that full recovery
from any disease, accident or other condition cannot be achieved
by focusing on your physical symptoms alone. The process of
healing is an intricate web of interactions among the physical,
biochemical, mental and emotional. The lifestyle choices unique
to each person also affect the pattern of the web. People
may moved through illness and experienced passive recovery.
But merely, getting well is not the same as establishing vibrant
health. At Yangshengong Centre, we are committed to helping
you achieve maximum health because we believe it is within
your power to live a full healthy life.
Modern Living
Fast Pace living is our way of life, whether we like it or
not. Our Daily routine in life goes on as follows:- We jump
out of bed, brush our teeth (some don’t), put on our
clothes and drive off (often without breakfast). As soon as
we hit the road, the others hit the road at the same time.
The traffic begin to build up and jam the road. Some unreasonable
drivers swerve in and out of their lanes. The unethical attitudes
of these drivers get into our nerves. Our stress begins from
hence on. In the work places, there are problems and solutions
to handle, and before dawn we will be dead tired, fatigued
and stressed out. Some may call it a day only but when the
clock strikes mid-night. Others may work with some unreasonable
bosses and the problems they faced with their bosses may unreasonably
release to their loves one at home.
The Of Modern Living
The extremely fast pace of life especially in the Klang Valley
has contributed to the increasing number of stress-related
illness. The recent road bullying and assault cases on the
roads, at public places, workplace or at home should be an
important indicator of how dangerous stress can be if ignored
or left uncontrolled. In addition, the junk food we take daily
and the polluted air we breathe in can also contribute to
ill health. The fast pace living may develop irritability
and intolerance, insecurity, anxiety and worry, sadness and
depression, nightmare and sleeplessness, restlessness, lack
of concentration and forgetfulness which will then lead to
deficiency in our body immune system. Arthritis, pneumatism,
aches and pain are the common ailment. In some severe cases,
the result may be ulcers, hypertension, diabetes, coronary
heart diseases, cancer and mental illness.
